Think well of food. There is nothing you cannot consume that will make you and keep you healthy and well. You only must believe that that which you consume will keep you healthy and well. Everyone seems to have an opinion about health and wellness, and about your health and wellness. But, know that your own personal health and wellness is solely, purely, and absolutely your creation and your manifestation. It is completely based on your own belief systems. Whatever you’re currently going through is based on your belief systems. Know that where you’re headed is based on your belief systems. And, know absolutely that you can change your beliefs at any moment of your life experience.

Everything is spiritual

Everything is spiritual. Everything in physical is a manifestation . Manifestations are thoughts before they become physical realities. All thought is based on belief. Movement of energy has a life force component that is Source Energy. That energy is spirit. All things in life, in existence, are based in spiritual beliefs and knowings. All manifestations are extensions of spirituality. So be. Embrace fully your life experience. Know that you are a spiritual manifestation of your own thoughts and beliefs.

Beliefs change

Beliefs change. With each moment you live in physical you are changing your beliefs. There are not, nor were there ever meant to be, any beliefs that are so set in stone that they can’t be changed. For, after all, even stone is always changing, whether you notice those changes or not. Allow change in your life and you’ll find in short order that you are happier. Go with the flow of your new thoughts. Believe what seems appropriate in the moment. Don’t align yourself with the beliefs of others, but instead believe your own ideas. It’s time.

Try something new

Try something new. So often, the rut you find yourself in comes from doing the same, repetitive things over and over. It comes from thinking the same thoughts over and over. It’s time to break free of your patterns, both your patterns of thoughts and your patterns of action. Try something new. It could be something huge or something small. Just do it. It’s time.

Create your own beliefs

Create your own beliefs. It matters not how you were raised or what others have expected you to believe in. Your beliefs are your own. They can be anything you want them to be. And, beliefs are meant to be changed over time, as you grow and expand, as you experience life, your beliefs can and should alter. So, see where you are today and decide what you believe in at this moment. Live with those beliefs for a bit and see how they feel. Then, alter and change as necessary to maintain your own happiness.
