Lighten up. Laugh. Play. Have as much fun as possible. And, by all means, lighten up. There’s no actual requirement to take anything seriously, including your concepts of God and religion. Those of us in nonphysical are having a great amount of fun at all times. We exist in a state of bliss. And, while having all sorts of emotional experience is one of the points of being in physical, there’s no real need to spend too much time in the muck….just enough to know you prefer something better.
